Activity

1	ἴαν (acc. fem. from εἵς, μία, ἕν) one, any
	δοκίμωμι to think fit to do. The -ωμι ending is the Aeolic 1st. sg. form of an ο-contract verb (δοκιμόω in Attic/Ionic, the equivalent of δοκιμάζω). At 52.1, the same word has the sense, "it seems to me," or "I expect." Introduces an indirect statement: I do not expect that there will be one maiden of such skill....
	προσίδοισαν (aor. act. partic. acc. sg. fem. from προσεῖδον) looking upon
	φάος (τό) light
	ἀλίος (ὁ) the sun (gen. sg.)
2	ἔσσεσθαι fut. inf. of εἶναι, to be
	σοφία (ἡ) skill (gen. pl.), probably poetic or musical skill
